Residential Real Estate Buyers: Our services are a flat fee and we collect our fee at the time of your closing. Attorneys do not get paid until the deal closes. Our flat fee includes everything to get the deal closed: review, modify and negotiate the terms of the purchase agreement (contract), negotiate issues raised by the property inspection, review the title insurance commitment and closing documents and provide complete representation through the closing of the transaction.

Residential Real Estate Sellers: Our services are a flat fee and we collect our fee at the time of your closing. We review and if necessary negotiate and modify the terms of the real estate brokerage listing agreement, review, modify and negotiate the terms of the real estate contract, obtain the title insurance commitment and survey, prepare the deed and other closing documents and provide representation through the closing of the transaction. Lauren is a registered title agent for First American Title, Fidelity National Title, Stewart Title, Baird and Warner Title, Stark Title, and Landtrust Title so there is always a title office nearby for your ultimate convenience. Additionally, most sellers, elect to sign over power of attorney to Lauren to sign the settlement statement at the closing so that they do not have to take time off to attend.

Commercial Real Estate: For our Commercial Real Estate clients we offer a very competitive hourly rate to handle your transaction. Commercial transactions have more unknown circumstances that come up throughout the deal as such there is no flat fee rate that applies.
